Amanda has a French & Business Degree and started her career in Fund Management working in Front Office roles at Credit Suisse and Barings specialising in the trading of Emerging Market Equities. Amanda moved into recruitment in 2007 initially recruiting in the Fund management & Investment Banking sector before moving into Change Management in 2012. Having joined A+O almost 2 years ago Amanda as Head of Resourcing is responsible for a team of 5 specialist Resourcing Consultants with a breadth of experience and expertise in the sector.
