An award winning manager with over 30 years’ experience within the recruitment industry.  Donna has successfully built and managed teams within Financial Services business change and transformation arena since 2006.

She moved back to her Welsh homeland in 2017 and worked for 2 years as the recruitment manager for a Fintech company before deciding to retire during the Covid pandemic. She was persuaded to re-join by a few of her old colleagues in 2022 and now works part-time for A+O.
